Hi, I’m Elizabeth.

I’m really looking forward to gathering with you—in circle, in creativity, and in shared experience.

I create spaces for authentic expression, connection, and the sacred art of becoming.

Alcheme Art is a place for you to explore, and discover what wants to be expressed and embodied.

I create and hold spaces for the sacred art of becoming.

Through circle, creativity, movement, and shared presence, I guide individuals and groups into deeper connection with their bodies, their emotional landscapes, and the wisdom within.

My work is rooted in the understanding that transformation doesn’t come from fixing—but from attuning to yourself by learning how to listen, feel, accept and allow.

I’m especially drawn to spaces where people feel they belong and experiencing safety to be seen & heard.

Those circles where you don’t have to perform, justify yourself, or get it right—where you can express what’s been held, explore what’s true, and reconnect with your own truth.

Community is an important part of this work for me.

There’s something powerful that happens when we gather—when we witness each other, create together, and remember that we’re not alone in what we’re feeling or moving through.

I’m also a devoted artist.

My creative practice is a form of devotion—an ongoing relationship with self, spirit, and the process of becoming.

For me, art is a way of listening to my muse.

A healing practice.

A way of giving form to what lives within.

This devotion to art lives at the heart of alcheme—where creative expression becomes a pathway into embodiment, self-trust, and meaningful change.

My work is influenced by a reverence for the natural world, a deep exploration of emotional landscapes, a loving nostalgia for the past, and a devotion to the beauty of life.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve facilitated experiences in private homes, retreat spaces, yoga studios, and community gatherings—each one shaped by presence, integrity, and deep listening.

People often leave these spaces feeling more connected—to themselves and to others—grateful for the experience of creating with devotion and intention, and with a clearer sense of their own truth and how it desires to be expressed.

My W.H.Y. (Whole Heart Yes)

I created alcheme art because I was longing for community—a space to gather, create, and share something real together.

A space where we could make art, connect with the myths and seasonal rhythms of the old ways, and experience belonging in a way that feels grounded, honest, and alive.

I wanted a place that is nervous-system informed—that tends not only to the individual, but to the community as a whole.

A space where we can create intentional containers, practice ritual together, and support one another in expressing what is true.

This work is also part of my own path—to follow my purpose to teach, to create, and to gather people in meaningful ways.

In a world that often centers the individual, I believe in creating a space for that individual to find belonging by celebrating individual uniqueness.

The Heart of Alcheme Art

To cultivate sacred self and communal care through creative ritual, where art becomes the portal for transforming the stories held in the nervous system into embodied expression.
