You’ll move through a creative process designed for release and expression:

Part 1: Clearing Expression

Begin with intuitive collage—working with images, textures, and symbols to explore what is present and what is ready to move.

Part 2: Layering & Letting Go

Tear, rearrange, and rework materials—allowing the process itself to mirror release, change, and transformation.

Part 3: Closing Ritual

You’ll be guided through a simple ritual to acknowledge what is shifting and create space for what comes next.

This process supports release in a way that feels embodied, creative, and contained.

We close in circle with space to share your experience and your creation.
